Here at Bar W Guest Ranch, we’ve got horses of all colors and sizes, and we think each one is uniquely beautiful in its own way. But there’s no denying that certain horse will catch the eye quicker than others, and this horse feature is one of them.

Meet Midas from Bar W, the horse with a coat and heart of gold. This 9 year old palomino gelding is always one of the first horses our guests spot in the corral. His elegant looks, flashy color, and sweet temperament make him easy to love. Midas spends most of the season carrying Bar W guests down the trail, but also participates in the occasional lesson or team penning session.

Midas is an all-around handy kind of horse and we couldn’t be happier he’s here at the ranch with us! The Bar W cannot wait for you all to meet him this season at the ranch. See you soon!
